Rubber Compounds & Grades

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)

Excellent resistance to weathering, UV, ozone, and heat. Ideal for outdoor sealing applications, roofing, automotive weather strips, and waterworks gaskets. Temperature range: -50 degrees C to +150 degrees C.

Nitrile (NBR)

Outstanding resistance to petroleum-based oils, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. Preferred for oil and gas sealing applications, fuel system components, and industrial O-rings. Temperature range: -40 degrees C to +120 degrees C.

Silicone (VMQ)

Exceptional performance at high and low temperature extremes, with excellent electrical insulation. Used in food-grade, pharmaceutical, and high-temperature industrial applications. Temperature range: -60 degrees C to +230 degrees C.

SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber)

Good abrasion resistance and mechanical strength. A cost-effective general-purpose rubber for flooring, conveyor belts, and automotive parts. Temperature range: -40 degrees C to +100 degrees C.

Neoprene (CR) & Natural Rubber (NR)

Available on request for specialist applications requiring flame resistance, high elasticity, or superior tensile strength.

Products We Manufacture

Rubber Gaskets

Flat and profiled gaskets for flanged pipe joints, manhole covers, valve bonnets, and pressure vessels. Available in all rubber grades, cut to size or moulded to drawing. We supply rubber gaskets as companion products alongside our ductile iron flanges and castings.

Moulded Rubber Parts

Compression moulded, transfer moulded, and injection moulded components in any shape or geometry. We work from buyer-supplied drawings, samples, or 3D CAD files and manufacture the required tooling in-house.

Rubber Extrusions

Continuous profiles in custom cross-sections including solid, hollow, P-section, D-section, E-section, and sponge profiles. Cut to length as required.

Seals & O-Rings

Precision seals and O-rings in all standard and custom sizes for hydraulic, pneumatic, and pipe systems.

Steel Inserted Rubber Parts

Rubber-bonded-to-metal components combining the sealing properties of rubber with the structural strength of steel or aluminium inserts. Used in anti-vibration mounts, engine mounts, and pipe support systems.

Cloth Inserted Rubber Parts

Rubber sheets and moulded parts reinforced with fabric layers for improved tensile strength and resistance to tearing. Used in diaphragms, pump liners, and expansion joints.

OEM Rubber Components

Fully custom rubber parts manufactured to buyer specification and drawing for OEM machinery and equipment manufacturers. We sign NDAs and respect all proprietary designs.

Quality Control

Our rubber manufacturing process begins with careful selection and testing of incoming raw rubber compounds. Quality tests we perform include hardness testing (Shore A and Shore D), tensile strength and elongation at break, compression set, heat ageing, fluid immersion resistance, and dimensional inspection. Material certificates and test reports are provided on request.

Can you manufacture rubber parts to our drawing or sample?

Yes. We manufacture fully custom rubber parts from 2D drawings, 3D CAD files, or physical samples. We produce all required tooling in-house.

Do you offer FDA-approved or food-grade rubber compounds?

Yes. We supply food-grade Silicone and EPDM compounds that comply with FDA 21 CFR and EU 10/2011 food contact regulations on request.

Can you supply rubber gaskets to match your flanges?

Yes. We supply complete matched sets of flanges and gaskets from our own production, guaranteeing dimensional compatibility.

What is the lead time for custom moulded rubber parts?

For new tooling, lead time is 4 to 5 weeks from drawing approval. For repeat orders with existing tooling, lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

What is the minimum order quantity?

For standard gaskets and O-rings, MOQ is 500 pieces. Extrusions are sold by the metre with a minimum of 100 metres per profile.
