Why We Are Different

Most flange manufacturers in India either buy plates from outside and machine them, or outsource certain processes. At Pashupati Exports, we do everything in-house — from Laser / Plasma cutting of raw steel plate, through CNC and VTL machining up to 1200mm diameter, to multi-spindle VMC drilling with auto-chamfer finish. This means fewer handoffs, tighter tolerances, and no quality surprises at the end of the process. Our Siemens and i-Fanuc CNC controllers ensure precision is repeatable across every batch, whether it is 10 pieces or 10,000.

Flange Types We Manufacture

Slip-On Flanges

The most widely used type for low-pressure piping systems. Available in carbon steel, stainless steel 304 and 316, and ductile iron in sizes from 1/2 inch to 48 inches.

Blind Flanges

Used to seal the end of a piping system. Available in carbon steel and stainless steel as per ANSI B16.5 and DIN 2527.

Threaded Flanges

For piping systems where welding is not possible. We offer NPT threaded flanges in both carbon steel and stainless steel.

High Hub Flanges

A Pashupati specialty, manufactured from our own ductile iron foundry. Widely used in waterworks and irrigation applications for the American market.

Weld Neck Flanges

For high-pressure and high-temperature applications. Produced to ANSI B16.5 and ASME B16.47.

Lap Joint Flanges

Used with stub end fittings in systems requiring frequent dismantling for inspection.

Socket Weld Flanges

For small-bore high-pressure piping, available in carbon steel and stainless steel.

Food & Pharmaceutical — stainless steel 316L flanges with mirror or sanitary finish.

What is the lead time for flanges?

Standard sizes in stock materials can be dispatched within 2 to 3 weeks. Custom sizes or special materials require 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation.

Do you offer mill test certificates?

Yes. Material test reports (MTR) and mill certificates are provided as standard with every export shipment.

What is your minimum order quantity for flanges?

Minimum order quantity is 500 kg for standard items. For custom sizes, MOQ varies based on material and tooling requirements.

Do you supply matching gaskets and bolts?

Yes, we can supply complete flange kits including spiral wound gaskets, ring joint gaskets, studs, bolts, and nuts as a packaged solution.
