The company manufactures cast iron manhole covers, ductile iron gratings, gully gratings, and valve boxes to BS EN 124 standards, the internationally recognized specification governing load classifications for manhole covers and gully tops used in drainage and roadway applications.

These drainage components are produced on Pashupati’s automated moulding line and undergo the same rigorous testing regime applied across the product range — Brinell hardness testing, tensile strength verification, and microstructure analysis — ensuring each casting can withstand the structural loads and environmental exposure typical of buried drainage infrastructure. Anti-rust treatment and individually wrapped export packaging protect drainage castings during transit, while full documentation, including certificates of origin and material test reports, supports municipal procurement and tender requirements in export markets.
